通过对0Cr18Ni10Ti不锈钢力学性能的研究, 论证了在炉体外延式高温引伸支架上加装外置式常温引伸计测试钢材高温下规定非比例延伸强度Rp0.2方法的可行性, 并对高温试验后的0Cr18Ni10Ti不锈钢试样进行了宏观检验。通过对0Cr18Ni10Ti不锈钢在不同温度和保温时间下进行拉伸试验, 探讨了受热温度和保温时间对其力学性能的影响。

Through the research on strength properties of 0Cr18Ni10Ti stainless steels, the feasibility of the method that the proof non-proportional extension strength Rp0.2 of steels at high temperature was measured by the external ambient extensometer equipped on the extension support of the furnace, was demonstrated. The specimens of 0Cr18Ni10Ti stainless steels after high-temperature test were inspected by macrographic examination. Through the tensile tests of 0Cr18Ni10Ti stainless steels at different temperature holding for different times, the influence of the heating temperature and holding time on the mechanical properties was discussed. Finally the change rules of the proof non-proportional extension strength Rp0.2 and tensile strength Rm changing with the temperature were obtained by the regression analysis.
