研究了ZTC4铸造钛合金材料在热等静压和锻造状态下的微观组织和力学性能。结果表明:该合金经热等静压后,强度、硬度降低,塑性提高,力学性能数据分散度降低,经锻造退火后的性能全面优于铸造和HIP态的性能。

研究了ZTC4铸造钛合金材料在热等静压和锻造状态下的微观组织和力学性能。结果表明:该合金经热等静压后,强度、硬度降低,塑性提高,力学性能数据分散度降低,经锻造退火后的性能全面优于铸造和HIP态的性能。
The microstructures and mechanical properties of ZTC4 cast titanium alloy under different conditions were studied. The results show that the general properties of ZTC4 cast alloy are improved after HIP, the scattering degree of mechanical properties is reduced. The mechanical properties of ZTC4 by forging are much better than these by casting or HIP.
