研究了固溶时效对TC4ELI钛合金室温拉伸性能、硬度、冲击韧性、断裂韧度及金相组织的影响。结果表明:提高固溶温度、增大固溶冷却速率、降低时效温度可以提高TC4ELI合金的强度;降低固溶温度、减小固溶冷却速率、降低时效温度可以提高TC4ELI合金的冲击韧性和断裂韧度;TC4ELI合金金相组织中片状α相的形貌对合金的冲击韧性和断裂韧度起决定作用。

The effects of solution treatment on room temperature tensile properties, hardness, impact toughness, fracture toughness and metallurgical structure of TC4ELI titanium alloy were studied. The results show that the tensile strength of TC4ELI titanium alloy can be improved by enhancing solution temperature, cooling rate or by reducing aging temperature. The impact toughness and fracture toughness of TC4ELI titanium alloy can be improved by reducing solution temperature, cooling rate or aging temperature. The configuration of lamellar α phase plays a determinated effect on impact toughness and fracture toughness.
