磁弹法在线检测渗碳齿轮的磨削烧伤

以17CrNiMo6钢渗碳齿轮为例,首先制备了不同程度的磨削烧伤试样,并依据酸洗法和金相法对其进行磨削烧伤级别分类;然后通过建立不同磨削烧伤级别齿面磁弹法所测特征值MP与其表层显微硬度、残余应力的对应关系曲线,验证了磁弹法能够对渗碳齿轮的磨削烧伤做出准确评价,并使用该方法对不同磨削烧伤等级进行了量化表征。在此基础上,将磁弹法检测纳入实际生产检验流程中,实现了渗碳齿轮磨削烧伤的在线检测。

With 17CrNiMo6 steel carburized gears as example, firstly different degree of grinding burn test samples were prepared, and the grinding burn grade of these samples was classified by pickling method and metallographic method. Then by establishing the corresponding relationship curves between magnetoelastic characteristic values MP and the tooth surface micro-hardness or residual stress of the carburized gear samples with different grinding burn grade, it was verified that the magnetoelastic method could be used to accurately assess the grinding burn grade of carburized gears. Besides, by magnetoelastic method the grinding burn grade could be expressed quantitatively. On this basis, by introducing magnetoelastic method into the practical production inspection process, grinding burn online detecting of carburized gears was realized.
