通过热处理得到3种强度级别的Ti-1023合金材料。拉伸和疲劳试验结果表明,在时效温度为510~560 ℃的范围内,Ti-1023合金的轴向拉压疲劳极限随屈服强度的提高而提高。拉伸断口分析表明,高强度Ti-1023的断裂模式为沿晶断裂,在较低强度Ti-1023断裂模式以韧性断裂为主的韧性和沿晶断裂的混合断裂模式。疲劳断口分析则表明,在较低载荷时,时效温度对断口疲劳区域的影响较小。

The Ti-1023 alloys with three levels of strengths were achieved through heat treatment. The analysis of tensile and axial tension-compression fatigue test shows that the fatigue limits raise with raising yield strength between 510 ℃ and 560 ℃ aging temperatures. The tensile fracture analysis indicates that it will be intergranular rupture pattern with high strength, and will transfer to mixed fracture pattern with mainly ductile rupture and a small amount of intergranular rupture. Aging temperature has little effect on fatigue area of fracture face under lower load.
