EVANOHM® alloy R is principally a resistance alloy possessing a standard temperature coefficient of ±20 parts per million per °C and a very low thermal EMF versus copper in heavy sizes. It also displays high tensile strength in fine sizes, high corrosion resistance and is nonmagnetic. EVANOHM® alloy R是首选的电阻合金材料,它的标准温度系数是±20PPM。在大尺寸时和铜相比,它的热EMF很低。用它做的细线具有高抗拉强度、高抗腐蚀性和无磁等特性。
EVANOHM alloy R is exceptionally stable (1 to 15 microhms per year). While many other alloys are susceptible to precipitation hardening which changes electrical properties unpredictably, the resistivity of EVANOHM alloy R always increases during heat treatment. Once obtained, its resistivity does not change significantly even when it is used at temperatures as high as 204°C (400 °F). EVANOHM alloy R的稳定性超乎想象(1-15微欧姆/年)。在别的很多合金因容易被沉淀硬化而使得电理性能变得不可预测时,EVANOHM alloy R在热处理中电阻总是在上升。热处理完后,就算在204°C (400 °F)的高温下使用它的电阻也不会有大的变动。
The TCR of EVANOHM alloy R can be supplied at ±5 parts per million per °C from - 65 to + 125°C in fine sizes. EVANOHM alloy R的细线在- 65至+ 125°C间的 TCR(温度电阻系数)能达到±5 parts per million per °C。
Time effects on EVANOHM alloy R also are minimal compared with other resistance alloys. Standard precision resistors produced using EVANOHM alloy R display a maximum drift of 5 ppm per year for 15 years (for resistance from 1 ohm to 1 megohm); secondary standards display drifts from ± 6 to ±23 ppm per year over a 14 year period.
与别的电阻合金相比,时间对EVANOHM alloy R的影响最小。使用EVANOHM alloy R材料制造的标准精密电阻器在15年里都具有不超过5ppm/年的流失率(电阻从1欧到1兆欧);二级电阻器在14年内也保有± 6至±23 ppm/年的流失率。

Heat Treatment 热处理
Heat treatment is generally performed by heating to a temperature below 482/538°C (900/1000°F) to obtain a zero temperature coefficient of resistance. 通常的热处理是加热到482/538°C (900/1000°F)以下以得到温度电阻系数为零的指标。
Stresses introduced during fabrication of wire are minimized by low temperature (<200 °C [<392°F]) stabilizing treatments.
低温稳定处理(<200 °C [<392°F])能将线材加工中所产生的应力降至最低。
