研究斜轧穿孔方式制备的CT20钛合金管坯在开坯、精轧一系列冷轧变形过程中的组织演化和室温力学性能变化。结果表明:斜轧穿孔制备的CT20合金管坯,其组织为有明显β晶界的粗大片状组织。对管坯进行大于70%冷变形率的两辊开坯轧制,无法充分破碎粗大的片状组织,能够获得等轴晶与变形片状共存的组织。
The microstructural evolution and mechanical properties of the tube used as the Mannesmann piercing mill tube blank were investigated. The results show that the CT20 alloy billet pierced in the β field has a coarse widmanstatten structure with the original β grain boundary. The 70% or higher processing deformation degree does not lead to the fragmenting of the coarse widmanstatten structure in the billet, and the final microstructure of the tubes is the combination of the equiaxed α-grains and the colonies of deformed α-lath.
