采用延长界面反应时间的方法,通过SEM、OM、EDS、XRD等分析测试手段,研究了Ti-1100高温钛合金与氧化钇型壳间的界面反应。结果表明:在本实验条件下,Ti-1100合金熔体与氧化钇型壳间的界面比较平整,没有看到明显的界面反应层存在;界面处的相组成主要为α-Ti和Y2O3;从界面处向合金基体内组织比较均匀,由细小的针状α板条和部分粗大块状α构成,基体内分布有小的氧化钇颗粒。
The interfacial reaction between high-temperature
titanium alloy Ti-1100 and Y2O3 ceramic mold was studied
through prolonging reaction time. The morphologies and microstructures of
interface were analyzed by XRD, OM and SEM/EDS. The results show that the
interface between high-temperature titanium alloy Ti-1100 and
Y2O3 ceramic mold is flat, wihout any significant reaction
layer. The α-Ti and Y2O3 phase are found on the interface.
The microstructures from the interface to base alloy are homogeneous, consisting
of fine needle α phase and massive α phase. Also, some fine
Y2O3 particles are found in the base alloy.
