高强度耐腐蚀铝合金的研究进展Research Progress of High-strength Corrosion Resistant Aluminum Alloys
综述了近年来高强度耐腐蚀铝合金的研究现状,列举了几种应用较广、研究较深入的高强度耐腐蚀铝合金,并对其合金组成和热处理影响进行了讨论.总结探究了常用微量元素对铝合金强度及耐腐蚀性的影响及机理,并阐述了新型腐蚀表征手段和研究方法.同时指出,淬火速率和自然时效对合金性能影响的研究尚不全面,合金微观腐蚀研究及应力腐蚀理论仍有待进一步深入.
The studies on high strength corrosion resistant aluminum alloys in recent years are reviewed.Several representative types of aluminum alloys are discussed with the focus on alloy composition and heat treatments.The influence of common trace elements on alloy performance is summarized and the mechanisms are discussed.New research techniques for relevant studies are also introduced.It is pointed out that the impact of quench rate and natural aging is not yet well understood and the micro-corrosion and stress corrosion cracking of the alloys need further investigation.
