热处理工艺对Ti55531钛合金显微组织与拉伸性能的影响
Influence of Heat Treatment Process on Microstructure and Tensile Property of Ti55531 Titanium Alloy
利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和拉伸试验机等设备, 研究了热处理工艺对Ti55531钛合金显微组织和拉伸性能的影响。结果表明: 随着固溶温度的升高(790~810 ℃), 合金中初生α相(αp)的含量减少, 合金强度升高而塑性降低; 随着时效温度的升高(500~600 ℃), 合金中次生α相(αs)变粗变长, 合金强度降低而塑性升高; 随着550 ℃时效时间的延长(2~8 h), 合金中析出的αs相含量增多, 强度升高, 塑性有所降低。
By means of optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and tensile testing machine the influences of heat treatment process on microstructure and tensile property of Ti55531 titanium alloy were studied. The results show that with the increase of solid solution temperature (790-810 ℃), the content of primary α phase in the alloy decreased, the strength increased and the plasticity decreased. With the increase of aging temperature (500-600 ℃), the secondary α phase in the alloy coarsened, the strength of alloy decreased and plasticity increased. When the prolongation of aging time (2-8 h) at 550 ℃, the content of secondary α phase in the alloy increased, the strength of the alloy increased and the plasticity decreased.
