基于某海域舰面停放环境谱，采用2A12材料制备模拟件，在护航舰面采取悬挂方式开展自然暴露试验,同时在试验室环境下开展了加速腐蚀试验。利用三维体式显微镜对腐蚀形貌进行观测和测量。结果表明，模拟件在当量加速腐蚀试验时间和舰面自然老化时间匹配时，腐蚀程度在95%置信度下一致。
Based on an environmental spectrum of certain area, 2A12 was used to prepare for simulation pieces. Part of simulation pieces were hanged on the escort plane while accelerated environment corrosion test were carried out under laboratory. Microscopes were used to detect and measure the corrosion morphology. The results showed that the accelerated corrosion and the natural aging corrosion were consistent at the confidence level of 95% while time matched.
